Rantings of a Busybody

You know, for the past few days, I have been receiving some messages from friends concerning the finer points of law, but concerning an uglier side of the human nature. You see, apparently some of my friends have met a certain 'creature' called the 'cunning employer'. Well, to be honest, I would rather use 'fell beast' and 'irresponsible coward' and... Well, you get the idea. Anyway, this donkey of an employer has apparently witheld my friends' pay for no good reason and has cheated them out of a 100 ringgit for a suit that was supposed to be tailored in the employment aggrement, but has seen more seasons than a tortoise. Thus they asked for legal help in the matter, since my dad is in the legal line of work. Since then I have heard that they have received their due pay and compensation from the guilty party.

To be frank, I detest people who think they can mistreat people out of what they have rightfully earned in the first place. When I first heard of their plight, I felt the urge to put that person in the electric chair, pull the switch and leave it on overnight, just to be sure he got the message. Really, does he think that he can just lord it over his employees and mistreat them just because he has authority? Anyone who seriously thinks the same way should have his authority, and his oversized feet complete with mismatched boots rammed down his throat. It saddens me to think that there are people who act this way and can proudly call themselves human beings. Well then, sheep in sheep's clothing, be real and consider how you would like it if somebody crushes you under his heel like how you have been acting.

Well, now that that matter has been cleared out of my system, I am glad to see that my friends have seen justice in this unfairness. However, I think I am slightly dissapointed not to see the matter resolved in court. I would have enjoyed setting up the new TeslaChair EX2000 with the adjustable headrest......

Office Life

Hi all, back again. finally had the time to really sit down and put in another post, what with the cable breakdown and such. .....Okay, okay, it dosen't have anything to do with that. In truth, the sweet lure of the Playstation 2 has kept me busy, killing Heartless and Nobodies in Kingdom Hearts II (which I have officially finished, 52 hours flat, great graphics and soundtracks, awesome new-old battle system, all around 9.5/10 game, would be 15 if Leon or Cloud were playable...), FPS action in FFVII:Dirge of Cerberus, and of course, hunting down Marks in FFXII (awesome game again, as expected of Square Enix, the graphics are mindblowing!). Anyway, I digress. Now I have a part-time job, at my dad's legal firm. Nothing like filing, preparing documents and performing clerical work to while away the time...I guess. I also have taken up the official duty as the family chaffeur, driving my siblings to school, tuition, music classes etc. Anyway, I still have some time to do the things I enjoy doing, so I can say, as I have been saying all along, "God is good, all the time." Now if I can only figure out how to kill that @#%&$ Trickster without being sliced into pieces everytime...
